Terms of Service — Live Micro

These terms govern your use of Live Micro ("the app", package mictospeaker.megaphone.livemicro), published by FightTech. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms and with the Google Play Terms of Service.
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
- Use the app to listen in on or record people without their knowledge, or to play sound at levels that harm people or animals.
Premium and purchases
Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play; a free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. All payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
Safety.
Turn the volume down before you start and raise it slowly. Keep the phone's microphone away from the speaker, or use headphones, to avoid feedback. Loud sound close to your ears can damage hearing. Live Micro plays out loud what the microphone hears: only use it where people know you are speaking, never to listen in on others. It is not a hearing aid or medical device.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect the statutory consumer rights you have under Vietnamese law or the law of your country of residence.
Changes and availability
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. We may stop distributing the app; copies already installed continue to work as-is.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
